May at the Library
May is gearing up to be a busy month here at the library. Summer reading is on the horizon, and we are getting excited!
Color Our World, is the theme for summer 2025
Our sign-up will begin May 6th! Make sure to come in and spin the prize wheel and get registered for all the fun this summer! Megan has a load of summer fun planned out for all of our patrons. She will have SRX (Summer Reading Extra) on Thursday afternoons for ages 6 and up. Story time for the younger group will be held on Tuesday afternoons. These programs will run the month of June. The reading for prizes and enjoyment will continue thru July. We will have something for the adults too!
We will be having Toddler time on Wednesday, May 7th, 21st, and 28th. Make sure to mark the dates down, these will be the last Wednesday events until after summer reading.
May Come and Go Craft will be design your own spring bookmark. This craft will be sat up starting May 5th and go until our supplies run out.
Book Discussion Group will meet May 20th @ 7:00 p.m. The selection is The Line Becomes a River by Cantu Francisco. Copies are available if you would like to join in on the discussion.
