December is going to be a fun-filled month here at the library!

December 5th thru 15th we will host ornament making. Come in and make a special ornament for your tree. All supplies are provided. All ages are encouraged to participate.

December 21st join us for a sugar cone Christmas tree craft. This is an edible craft that you may take home to enjoy!

Book Discussion this month will be December 19th @ 7:00 p.m.. The selection is

A Street Cat Named Bob by James Bowen

The leaves are falling and the temperatures are cooling. It is the perfect time to swing by our library and see what activities and offerings we have. We would love to see you!

Toddler time continues this month. Megan has Fall themed activities planned. Every Tuesday in November @ 2:30 is when the fun will be happening.

Book Discussion will be held November, 21 @ 7:00. The selection this month is Water for Elephants by Sara Gruen. Copies are available now.

OCTOBER

FALL BOOK SALE will be held October 6th thru the 13th. The sale will run during regular business hours and will be free will donation. Make sure to tell  your friends and neighbors who like to read!

Toddler Time has been a great time and will continue this month. Join Megan on Tuesday’s at 2:30. She has several fun themes planned. No need to register or sign up, just come join the fun!

Friends of the Haven Public Library will host the October book discussion on October 19th @ 7:00 p.m.. This month the selection is Blame by Jeff Abbott. Pick up a copy today at the library.

We have exciting things happening this month at the library.

Friends will once again host a book discussion. Pick up your copy today and join the group discussion. This month the pick is Rebecca by Daphne DuMaurier

Toddler Story Time will begin on September 5th. It will continue weekly thru April. It will begin at 2:30. This activity will be appropriate for kiddos ages 1-4, but babies are encouraged to come and listen to the stories as well. Megan will have enrichment activities to accompany her stories and sometimes a craft. This is a great opportunity to build social development.

Summer Reading may be over, but there is still time to enjoy the library before school starts.

We will host a movie day on August 3rd @ 1:30. We will be showing Puss in Boots The Last Wish. Come in and join us for popcorn and a movie.
