Spring has arrived and we are excited here at the library!

Our come and create craft will be out for patrons April 10th -18th. Come in to the library and make a spring themed bookmark or a colorful Easter Egg.

Toddler Time will continue on Wednesday mornings at 10:30 a.m.. We have had a great turnout and are excited for another month of fun activities and stories.

Book Discussion will be held on April 15th at 7:00 p.m. The selection this month is The Coming by Daniel Black. There are still copies available if you would like to join in on the fun. If you have any questions about joining this club please inquire at the library.

Summer Reading is just around the corner….be on the lookout for sign up information coming next month!

Come join us a the library for our come and go March craft. The activity will be set out 11th thru March 14th. Make sure to swing in and participate in this self guided craft. It will be rainbow themed to go along with St. Patrick’s Day.

There is still time to join our book Discussion group. The selection for this month is The Last Thing He Told Me by Laura Dave. This book discussion group is hosted by our Friends of the Library Group, if you have any questions feel free to ask us here at the library. We have copies of the book available for check out if you are interested.

Toddler Time is off to a great start on our new day and time. We have made several changes to the program, and we are hoping to continue on with this event. If you would like to join us, we meet on Wednesday mornings at 10:30. The program usually runs about 30 minutes.

Just a reminder our library is open on Wednesday mornings at 10:30 exclusively for toddler time. The library does not open to patrons until 12:00. Thank you for your understanding on this matter.

FEBRUARY

Fun things are happening this month at the library! Megan will have a heart-themed craft for older and younger patrons. The craft will be a come and go event. It will run February 4th thru the 14th!

Book Club will meet on February 18th @ 7:00 p.m. This month the selection is The Vanishing Half by Brit Bennett. Copies are available for pick up at the front counter.

Toddler Time will be changing days and time! We will now hold it on Wednesday mornings at 10:30 a.m..

February 26th: Polar Bears presented by Sydney Mace

We will have enrichment and sensory play, songs, craft, and a snack. We would love to have you join us!

Start the year off right with a good book! If you don’t have a library card we can help you out with that!

Toddler time will continue on Tuesday’s, if you have any questions about this event make sure to reach out to Megan, She would be more than happy to answer any questions.

There has been a slight delay with our book discussion books this month. They seem to have taken the long way here thru the mail. We will hopefully have them soon. The selection is still uncertain.

DECEMBER

The Holiday season is in full swing here at the library. Megan will have a come and go craft starting December 10th thru 20th. Make sure to come in and make your own personal Christmas Tree! Toddler time will continue thru the month with the exception of December 31st. If you have any questions regarding this event, feel free to call Megan.

Book Discussion will be held on December 17th @ 7:00 p.m.  The selection this month is Ruby by Cynthia Bond. Copies are available now.

The library will be closed December 24th thru the 27th. Happy Holidays!
